江億,中國工程院建筑與土木學(xué)部院士,清華大學(xué)教授,協(xié)會(huì )供熱技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )主任。目前主要從事建筑節能領(lǐng)域的研究工作并擔任國家能源專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)委員會(huì )委員,國家氣候變化專(zhuān)家委員會(huì )委員,住建部科技委委員,北京市政府顧問(wèn)團顧問(wèn);還兼任中國城鎮供熱協(xié)會(huì )副理事長(cháng),全國暖通空調委員會(huì )副主任,中國制冷學(xué)會(huì )理事長(cháng),中國城市研究會(huì )副理事長(cháng),中美清潔能源聯(lián)合研究中心建筑節能分中心中方主任;IPCC(國際氣候變化研究)評估報告寫(xiě)作組核心作者,IEA(國際能源組織)ECBCS(建筑與社區節能)合作項目理事會(huì )成員(中國代表);連續16年發(fā)布中國建筑節能年度發(fā)展研究報告;以第一完成人曾獲國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎兩項,國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎兩項。

Jiang Yi, academician of the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, professor of Tsinghua University, director of the Heating Technology Committee of the China District Heating Association. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research in the field of building energy efficiency and serves as a member of the National Energy Expert Advisory Committee, a member of the National Climate Change Expert Committee, a member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Construction, and a consultant of the Beijing Municipal Government Advisory Group. He is also the vice chairman of the China District Heating Association, the vice chairman of the National HVAC Committee, the chairman of the China Refrigeration Association, the vice chairman of the China Urban Research Society, and the Chinese director of the Building Energy Efficiency Sub-center of the Sino-US Clean Energy Joint Research Center. Core author of the IPCC (International Climate Change Research) Assessment Report, Member of the Council of the IEA (International Energy Agency) ECBCS (Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Communities) Cooperation Project (representative of China); For 16 consecutive years, he has released China annual development and research reports on building energy efficiency. As the first author, he has won two second prizes of national technological invention award and two second prizes of National scientific and technological progress award.

嘉賓介紹

托馬斯·恩伯·裴德森先生對協(xié)同能源系統和能源系統的各個(gè)要素(如電力和區域供熱)有全面的了解。曾在丹麥電力領(lǐng)域工作五年,期間從事過(guò)生產(chǎn)規劃、能源系統分析,以及根據經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境問(wèn)題進(jìn)行工廠(chǎng)運營(yíng)優(yōu)化等工作。2000年至2016年期間,曾在丹麥COWI(科威)工程咨詢(xún)公司能源部門(mén)工作,參與過(guò)丹麥和國外的能源規劃、電力市場(chǎng)以及區域供熱等工作。自2016年2月以來(lái),在HOFOR A/S(哥本哈根大區公用事業(yè)公司)公司任職,主管供熱生產(chǎn)與需求部。

Mr. Thomas Engberg Pedersen has comprehensive knowledge about coherent energy systems and the individual components in the energy system (power and district heating). He has been employed for five years in the Danish power sector, where he has worked with production planning, energy system analysis and plant operation optimization according to economic and environmental issues. From 2000 to 2016, he was employed in the Energy Department at COWI where he worked with energy planning, electricity markets and district heating in Denmark and internationally. Since February 2016, he has been employed in HOFOR (Greater Copenhagen Utility).

夏建軍,清華大學(xué)長(cháng)聘副教授,建筑節能研究中心副主任?,F任國際能源署區域供熱供冷項目中國執行委員,住建部市政與燃氣專(zhuān)家委員會(huì )委員,中國城鎮供熱協(xié)會(huì )技術(shù)委員會(huì )副主任,《區域供熱》雜志副主編,《Building Simulation》雜志主編助理等。

主要從事城市能源規劃,北方供熱等方面的研究。參與國家省部委縱向科研項目30余項,獲得國家科技進(jìn)步獎1項,省部級科技獎4項。以第一、通訊作者發(fā)表SCI和核心期刊論文100余篇。主持和參著(zhù)著(zhù)作10部,共同申請及獲得發(fā)明專(zhuān)利30余項。

方豪,2015年獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,清華大學(xué)建筑技術(shù)系博士后,赤峰學(xué)院客座教授,現任內蒙古自治區供熱工程技術(shù)研究中心總工程師,高級工程師,“草原英才”團隊帶頭人,主要研究領(lǐng)域為清潔供熱、工業(yè)余熱利用、供熱節能等,多次參與編寫(xiě)中國工程院咨詢(xún)項目《中國建筑節能年度發(fā)展研究報告》,參與多個(gè)國家新區規劃項目,設計赤峰金劍銅廠(chǎng)工業(yè)余熱供暖示范工程和遷西縣工業(yè)余熱供暖示范工程,曾獲中國節能協(xié)會(huì )節能減排科技進(jìn)步一等獎、國家知識產(chǎn)權局中國專(zhuān)利優(yōu)秀獎、赤峰市科技進(jìn)步一等獎等獎項。

Fang Hao, PhD in Engineering, Tsinghua University Department of Building Technology, Visiting Professor of Chifeng College, Chief Engineer of Inner Mongolia Heating Engineering Technology Research Center, He is the team leader of "Grassland Excellence." His main fields of study are clean heating, industrial waste heat utilization, heating energy conservation, etc. He designed Chifeng Golden Sword Copper Factory industrial waste heat heating demonstration project and Qianxi County industrial waste heat heating demonstration project. He has won the China Energy Conservation Association energy-saving emission reduction science and technology progress first prize, the State Intellectual Property Office of China Patent Excellence Award, Chifeng City science and technology progress first prize and other awards.

王海超,大連理工大學(xué)博導,副教授,大連市領(lǐng)軍人才。獲得哈工大暖通和芬蘭阿爾托大學(xué)能源工程雙博士學(xué)位。圍繞低碳智慧供熱,能源系統優(yōu)化,余熱回收利用等方面開(kāi)展研究,發(fā)表論文70余篇,其中SCI期刊論文30余篇,包括ESI高被引1篇。承擔各類(lèi)項目十余項項,主持2項國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃國合項目,1項自然科學(xué)基金項目,擔任國際期刊副主編,出版英文專(zhuān)著(zhù)1章,參編標準2部,獲專(zhuān)利軟著(zhù)等15項。已實(shí)現成果轉化。

Haichao Wang, PhD supervisor, leading talent of Dalian. He Obtained double doctoral degrees in energy engineering and HVAC. His researches mainly focus on low-carbon smart heating, energy system optimization, waste heat recovery and utilization, He has undertaken more than ten projects, including two national key research and development projects and one one NSFC project. He has published more than 70 papers, including 30 journal papers. He has participated in two standards, and obtained 15 patents and software copyrights.

李永紅,北京清華同衡規劃設計研究院有限公司,教授級高級工程師,注冊公用設備工程師。中國城鎮供熱協(xié)會(huì )城市能源規劃專(zhuān)委會(huì )副秘書(shū)長(cháng)。長(cháng)期從事供熱、燃氣等能源設施規劃及供熱新技術(shù)應用工作。曾獲北京市科技一等獎兩項、國家、省部級優(yōu)秀規劃和勘察設計獎6項,參與國家、省部級課題6項,參編供熱領(lǐng)域標準3項。

Li yonghong,Beijing Tsinghua Tongheng Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., professor level senior engineer, registered Utility engineer. Deputy Secretary General of the Urban Energy Planning Special Committee of China District Heating Association.His work experience has centered around energy facilities planning, specifically heating and gas, with a focus on incorporating new heating technologies. His accomplishments include being the recipient of two first prizes in the Beijing Science and Technology Award, as well as six awards for excellent planning and survey design at the national and provincial levels. He has contributed to six national and provincial-level projects and participated in creating three heating standards.

中國城鎮供熱協(xié)會(huì )城市能源規劃專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員、研究員。在中國建筑科學(xué)研究院工作22年,主要研究方向為能效測評診斷、水力平衡調控、供熱計量和標準化方向,參與很多課題研究和工程實(shí)踐工作;其中有10年任全國暖通空調標委會(huì )秘書(shū)長(cháng),主編參編許多標準規范。此后,在一線(xiàn)供熱企業(yè)負責技術(shù)工作,積累大量實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗。

Huang Wei,Member of Energy Planning Committee of China District Heating Association. Prof. Huang had been working in China Academy of Building Research for 22 years. His main research directions are energy efficiency assessment and diagnosis, hydraulic balance regulation, heat metering, and he had participated in many research projects and engineering practice. During those years, he served as the general secretary of the National Standardization Committee of HVAC for 10 years and edited many standard specifications. Since then, he have been responsible for technical work in district heating company and accumulated a lot of practical experiences.

鄧琴琴,研究員,博士,中國建筑科學(xué)研究院有限公司建科環(huán)能科技有限公司副主任、中國城鎮供熱協(xié)會(huì )農村清潔供熱工作委員會(huì )副秘書(shū)長(cháng)、中國建筑節能協(xié)會(huì )建筑節能專(zhuān)家委員會(huì )專(zhuān)家等。長(cháng)期從事建筑節能相關(guān)的科研、咨詢(xún)、檢測和項目管理等工作,特別在清潔取暖、綠色低碳等領(lǐng)域具有豐富實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗。參與國家及省部級科研課題20多項,國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃政府間國合項目負責人。曾獲河南省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎一等獎、神農獎二等獎、華夏獎三等獎、北京市建委調研課題二等獎等。主編或參編相關(guān)標準10余項,發(fā)表SCI及核心期刊論文30余篇。

Qinqin Deng, Senior Engineer, PhD, deputy director of Jianke EET Co., Ltd. of China Academy of Building Research, deputy secretary general of Rural Clean Heating Committee of China District Heating Association, and expert of Building Energy Efficiency Expert Committee of China Building Energy Efficiency Association, who engaged in scientific research, consulting, testing and project management related to building energy conservation for more than 10 years, and have rich practical experience in areas such as clean heating, green and low-carbon. participated in more than 20 national and provincial level scientific research projects, as the chief editor or co editor of over 10 relevant standards, and have published over 30 papers.

清華大學(xué)建筑節能研究中心助理研究員

徐天昊,清華大學(xué)建筑節能研究中心助理研究員,博士畢業(yè)于瑞典皇家理工學(xué)院(KTH),主要研究領(lǐng)域為適用于建筑供熱的跨季節蓄熱和相變蓄熱技術(shù)。先后在SCI期刊發(fā)表蓄熱技術(shù)研究論文10余篇,于《氣候變化研究進(jìn)展》發(fā)表《中國瑞典建筑碳排放比較及對中國建筑碳中和的啟示》,《2023中國建筑節能年度發(fā)展研究報告》中外供熱情況對比章節主要編寫(xiě)者,參與十四五重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃、歐盟地平線(xiàn)及第七框架等多項國內國際供熱及蓄熱技術(shù)研發(fā)項目。

Dr. Tianhao Xu is a research associate at the Building Energy Research Center of Tsinghua University. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). His primary research focuses on seasonal and latent thermal energy storage technologies for heating applications. He has published over 10 SCI-indexed research papers on thermal energy storage technologies. He also authored articles such as "A Comparative Study of Building Carbon Emissions between China and Sweden and its Implications for Carbon Neutrality in Chinese Buildings" in Climate Change Research and contributed as a key author to the chapter comparing domestic and foreign heating situations in the "2023 Annual Development Research Report on Chinese Building Energy Efficiency". He has participated in various domestic and international research projects on heating and thermal energy storage technologies, including projects from the 14th Five-Year Plan National Key R&D Program, the EU Horizon2020, and EU Seventh Framework Program.

天津大學(xué)環(huán)境學(xué)院副教授

楊曉晨,天津大學(xué)環(huán)境學(xué)院副教授,丹麥技術(shù)大學(xué)博士、博士后,天津大學(xué)海外引進(jìn)人才,天津市海河英才,歐洲第四代區域供熱協(xié)會(huì )成員。主要研究方向包括低溫區域供熱技術(shù)、建筑能源系統靈活性與智能控制、智慧能源系統協(xié)同理論與方法、低品位余熱利用(熱泵)技術(shù)等。主持參與國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃等多個(gè)國家、省部級縱向科研項目及產(chǎn)學(xué)研橫向項目,作為中方代表參與IEA TS4 區域供熱供冷系統數字化的研究。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文三十余篇,參編中英文專(zhuān)著(zhù)各一部。

Xiaochen Yang,Associate Professor of Tianjin University, Dept. Environmental Science and Engineering, PhD and postdoc of Technical University of Denmark. Awarded the Tianjin University Overseas Talents, and Tianjin Haihe Talents. Member of the 4DH network.Research interests include: Low temperature district heating technology, Building energy flexibility and smart control, Integrated control of the smart energy system, and the low-grade energy utilization (heat pump and etc.). Responsible for several state/province funded projects including: National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), National Key Research and Development Program and etc. Participated in the IEA TS4 Digitalization of District Heating and Cooling System. Published more than 30 scientific papers, one English book and one Chinese book.

張亦弛博士分別于清華大學(xué)和瑞典查爾姆斯理工大學(xué)獲得工學(xué)碩士和博士學(xué)位。他的研究領(lǐng)域包括了集中供熱系統,儲能設備與綜合能源規劃。他擅長(cháng)采用頂層規劃與底層開(kāi)發(fā)相結合的方式,分析不同技術(shù)路線(xiàn)可行性。他對未來(lái)多重挑戰下碳中和技術(shù)路線(xiàn)抱有極大熱情。他目前在廣東美的集團擔任研發(fā)工作。

Dr. Yichi Zhang acquired his master’s degree at Tsinghua University and got his PhD degree in Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. His research topics include district heating system, thermal energy storage technology, and urban energy planning. He specializes in combining the top-level planning and bottom-level development to evaluate the technical pathways. He is passionate in the differences of carbon-neutrality strategies between China and the rest of the world under various future uncertainties. He is now working in Midea Group as a R&D engineer.
